                      Typographical errors in relation to pricing

In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in the pricing information received from our vendors, Now Forever & Always shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Now Forever & Always will immediately credit your credit card account the incorrect price charged.

                                             Order policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Now Forever & Always reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Now Forever & Always reserves the right at any time, even after you have received confirmation of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Now Forever & Always reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee based on the total invoice value if an order is cancelled, returned, unpaid or rejected once processed and invoiced. The restocking fee covers but is not limited to the processing and restocking of the relevant order. All orders placed must be paid within  48 hours of invoicing unless prior terms have been established. Failure to pay within 7 days of invoicing will attract the 30% restocking fee.
